He reported various engine and electrical problems that persisted despite over seven service visits to the dealer. The district consumer commission found the service provided inadequate but did not prove an inherent defect in the motorcycle. They ordered the dealer to inspect, repair, and compensatory payments for the customer’s inconvenience.
