Railways have cancelled all Mail and Express trains arriving at New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin stations on October 10. The move follows fears of severe traffic congestion around the two stations.
The cancellations cover trains scheduled to arrive between 4am and 2pm that day. Trains leaving after 2pm on October 10 are also cancelled if their arrival falls within that timeframe.
Passengers planning travel to either station on the date should check their train status before leaving home.
