Ayodhya’s Ram Temple is reportedly set to receive the ‘Eat Right Place’ recognition from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). According to reports, the honour follows an assessment of the food safety, hygiene and quality standards applied to prasad.
Separately, a consumer protection authority has fined an e-commerce platform Rs 1 lakh. The platform was allegedly selling sweets that were misleadingly described as temple prasad.
