The National Institute of Naturopathy (NIN), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, is inviting applications for admission to the Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) program for the academic session 2026–27 at its flagship Nisarg Gram campus, Yewalewadi, Pune.

NIN, an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of AYUSH, is carrying forward the legacy and visionof Mahatma Gandhi in promoting Naturopathy and Yoga through healthcare, education, training and research.NIN is becoming the first-ever Central Government institution in the country to offer the BNYS program with affiliation to a Central University, Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University, New Delhi. This is marking a significant milestone in strengthening institutional education and academic `standards in Naturopathy and Yoga.

The BNYS program is being offered as a 5½-year full-time residential professional program, comprising 4½ years of academic and clinical training followed by one year of Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI). The program is providing integrated academic education and extensive clinical exposure in Naturopathy and Yoga. 100 seats are being offered for the academic session 2026–27.

Candidates who have passed 10+2/equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and English from a recognised Board and are fulfilling the prescribed eligibility and medical fitness requirements are being invited to apply. Preference is being given to candidates who have appeared for NEET-UG 2026. Residual seats, if any, are being filled based on 10+2 PCB merit, as per the prescribed admission procedure and reservation norms.

Nisarg Gram, the flagship campus of NIN, is spread over 25 acres and is home to a 250-bedded Naturopathy Hospital, academic and research facilities, separate residential hostels for boys and girls, state-of-the-art yoga halls and modern Naturopathy treatment infrastructure, thereby providing an integrated environment for education, clinical training, research and wellness.

Online applications opened on 29 September 2026 and will close on 19 October 2026 at 5:00 PM.The provisional merit list is being scheduled for 27 October 2026, followed by the final merit/waiting list on 30 October 2026. Counselling is scheduled to be conducted on 12–13 November and 18–19 November 2026, and classes are scheduled to commence on 30 November 2026.
