Union Tribal Affairs Minister Shri Jual Oram is on a four-day visit to Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand from October 1 to 4, 2026. During this time, he will participate in programs related to senior citizen welfare, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and tribal education and will participate in Rangotsav of Uttarakhand etc.
Shri Jual Oram will participate in the program organized by the Senior Citizens Welfare Association at Pallavapuram, Meerut in Uttar Pradesh on October 1. After this he will leave for Ramnagar in Uttarakhand, where he will stay for the night.
Shri Oram will participate in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan program on October 2 at Eklavya Model Residential School, Bajpur, Uttarakhand. After this they will return to Ramnagar for night stay.
Shri Oram will visit Kainchidham on October 3, during which he will also visit Kainchidham temple. After this, Shri Oram will leave for Khatima, where he will visit Eklavya Model Residential School. Later they will stay overnight in Rudrapur.
Shri Oram will participate in Uttarakhand Adi Rangotsav in Khatima on 4th October. They will return to New Delhi in the evening.
The visit of the Union Tribal Affairs Minister will provide an opportunity to interact with local stakeholders and officials on matters related to tribal education and welfare, especially through the network of Eklavya Model Residential Schools. It will also be an opportunity to participate in programs organized for the purpose of social welfare and community participation.
