Ministry of Steel today organized a short brainstorming camp on the topic ‘Peace of Mind at Workplace’ at Civil Services Officers Institute (CSOI), Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The objective of this session was to encourage the officers and employees to create stress free work environment and develop emotional strength. Famous spiritual speaker Brahma Kumari Sister Shivani was the chief guest and keynote speaker at the event.

Addressing the gathering at the beginning of the program, Shri Sandeep Poundrick, Secretary, Ministry of Steel, emphasized that maintaining mental peace at the workplace is important as it also improves productivity and efficiency.

Sister Shivani urged the officers and staff to reduce stress and focus on positive attitude. He said that when we are determined to achieve a goal, we can move towards achieving it, and the same approach applies to stress management as well. He stressed the importance of maintaining a positive attitude in every situation.

Throwing light on the power of resolution, Sister Shivani said that when a resolution is repeated again and again, it starts influencing our lives. The more we think about something and repeat it, the more it shapes our thoughts and behavior. Therefore, it is important to be conscious so that our thoughts and resolutions remain positive. He said that this is the rule of 'determination to accomplishment', which can take our society and country forward on the path of progress.
