In exercise of the powers conferred by the Constitution of India, the President has appointed the Chief Justices of the following High Courts as Judges of the Supreme Court of India:

  1. Smt. Justice Sunita Agarwal, Chief Justice, Gujarat High Court (PHC: Allahabad)
  2. Shri Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyay, Chief Justice, Delhi High Court (PHC: Allahabad)
  3. Shri Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh, Chief Justice, Telangana High Court (PHC: Jharkhand)
