The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (ST) has launched a direct bus service connecting Dadar with Navi Mumbai International Airport via the Atal Setu, further strengthening public transport connectivity to the airport.
The service was inaugurated in the presence of Transport Minister and ST Corporation Chairman Pratap Sarnaik.
Mr. Sarnaik said the direct service from Dadar, a major transport hub in Mumbai, would benefit air passengers as well as the general public by providing safe and convenient travel to the airport.
He said ST has also launched bus services connecting Borivali and Swargate with Navi Mumbai International Airport, linking major cities including Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune with the airport.
Mr Sarnaik said additional bus services would be introduced as required to ensure safe, convenient and reliable public transport connectivity to the airport.
