As part of the ‘Dak Sewa Jan Sewa’ initiative, the Chief Postmaster General, Tamilnadu Postal Circle, Department of Posts, India, will conduct a ‘Dak Adalat’ at the Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Tamilnadu Circle, Mount Road Head Post Office Complex, Anna Salai, Chennai – 600 002.
This circle-level public forum aims to directly engage with citizens to enhance customer satisfaction and elevate the overall quality of postal operations. Participation in the ‘Dak Adalat’ is open to all customers served by the 11,745 post offices operating across the state of Tamil Nadu and the Union Territory of Puducherry.
The Department of Posts invites members of the public to share constructive feedback, suggestions, or grievances regarding postal services. Submissions must be sent on or before October 28, 2026, through either of the following channels:
• By Post: Letters can be addressed to Smt. E. Sundareswari, Assistant Director (CS, Inspection & Philately), O/o the Chief Postmaster General, Tamilnadu Circle, Chennai – 600 002.
• By Email: Feedback can also be emailed to pg.tn@indiapost.gov.in with the mandatory subject line/caption ‘Dak Adalat’
