Traffic is running normally on many major Delhi routes as CJP protests at Jantar Mantar. Delhi Traffic Police has released a list of open areas.
Where traffic is normal
Traffic is reported normal from AIIMS to Safdarjung Tomb along Aurobindo Marg, at the Dhaka Kuan loop, at ITO and at the Noida border. The Ring Road from Sarai Kale Khan to ITO, the area in front of the Red Fort and the Rangpuri flyover on NH-48 are also open.
Anand Vihar ISBT and Kashmere Gate ISBT are open too. Traffic is moving at Ghazipur, Chilla and the Kalindi Kunj border. Movement is open in both directions at the Kalindi Kunj border.
Police had warned of diversions on 30 routes from 6 am on October 10. Police have said diversions will be enforced if needed. Affected points include Shankar Road Roundabout-Vande Mataram 'T' Point, Dhaka Kuan flyover, Jhandewalan Roundabout, Panchkuian Roundabout and Mandi House Roundabout.
Metro stations shut
45 Delhi Metro stations have been closed from 9 pm on Friday for security reasons. They are expected to remain shut till 10 pm on October 10.

The CJP protest is demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. The opposition is against the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists.
